EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT

This Contract is made between:

1. Job Title and Duties

The Employee is employed as [Job Title]. The Employee agrees to perform such duties and responsibilities as may reasonably be required by the Employer.

2. Commencement and Type

Employment will commence on [Start Date]. This is a Permanent contract of employment.

3. Salary

The Employee's salary will be [Salary], payable monthly in arrears by bank transfer on or around the last working day of each month.

4. Hours of Work

6. Holiday Entitlement

If the Employee is unable to attend work due to sickness or injury, they must notify their line manager as soon as possible on the first day of absence. The Employee may be entitled to Statutory Sick Pay in accordance with UK law.

8. Notice Period

Either party may terminate this contract by giving 1 month' written notice, or such longer period as may be required by statute.

9. Data Protection

The Employer will process the Employee's personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

10. Governing Law

This contract is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
